♥ Once we have received your Questionnaire along with a recent photo, a Love Architect will notify you if you are on the guest list, as well as to request your $75 payment for the event.

♥ Please print out the Sponsorship Form  and begin finding sponsors for your quest in love and the charity.

♥ This is an invite-only event, due to limited space.

♥ Your name must be on the list in order to check-in.
